Returns & Refunds

Return Policy: Returns are accepted as per the terms agreed upon in the Buyer Agreement or Purchase Order. Sample products marked as "Non-Returnable" are excluded. Items should be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

Refund Policy: Refunds are processed within 15 business days after the returned product clears quality control at the supplier's location. The refund is subject to bank processing times.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are allowed as per the terms in the Buyer Agreement or Purchase Order. Refunds are processed within 15 business days from the cancellation date.
